What happened
Shot directly in the heart by suppression forces on the evening of 18 Dey while trying to help others; had already saved one person and was shot while attempting to help a second when the bullet struck his heart. His body was kept for a week before being handed over to his family, who buried him at dawn on the sixth day in a limited ceremony; his phone and personal belongings were not returned even 20 days after his death.
